A highly respected law firm located in Sacramento, CA is seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Associate Attorney. This role involves working closely with employers to defend and litigate various employment-related matters, providing expert legal advice, and handling litigation strategies in complex employment law cases. The ideal candidate will be someone with a passion for employment law and a dedication to supporting clients through proactive legal strategies.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDefend and litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges.Provide counsel, advice, and training to employers on employment and labor law issues.Represent clients in court or arbitration, before administrative agencies, and at mediations involving employment matters.Handle complex cases, including class/collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour claims, contract disputes, and employment tort cases.Experience with Class Action/PAGA cases preferred, though not required.RequirementsMinimum of 2+ years of legal experience, with a strong preference for a background in employment law.Solid understanding of federal and state employment laws and procedures.An active member in good standing of the California Bar.Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.EducationJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school, with strong academic credentials.CertificationsCalifornia Bar license in good standing.SkillsStrong written and verbal communication abilities.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.Commitment to maintaining a professional, collaborative, and collegial work environment.Job LocationCompany infoBCG Attorney Search1750 Montgomery St Fl 1San FranciscoCaliforniaUnited States 94111Phone :
