Monks is looking for a Growth Lead focusing on growing the net new business in the Middle East & Africa. As the Growth Lead MEA at Monks, you will be involved in driving business growth across all of our capabilities in the region. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development, sales, and market expansion. You will work closely with the regional leadership team mainly to identify new opportunities, engage in end-to-end tenders & RFPs, and mainly focus on growth operations to ensure that the processes, tools, and systems needed for growth are efficiently managed and optimised. Your role will involve both strategic planning and operational execution to support sustainable and scalable growth.Responsibilities:
Growth Operations:
end-to-end management of procurement portals, running pitches internally, pitch, team management, and overseeing the new business pipeline in the region. This also includes overseeing the implementation of processes, tools, and systems that drive efficiency and scalability in growth initiatives.Collaborate with the global growth team & capabilities
to align regional strategies with the company’s overall objectives.Develop and execute growth opportunities
for the MEA region, focusing on expanding market share and increasing revenue.Identify new business opportunities
across various sectors within the region.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
to stay ahead of the curve.About You
The essentials:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).3-5+ years of agency/digital-first experience in growth, business development, or sales, within the MEA region with a proven track record in KSA.Experience in managing growth operations, including tools and processes.Strong understanding of the MEA market, with a network of industry contacts.Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets.Arabic language proficiency is a must.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.At Monks, we believe in fostering an environment where a diversity of perspectives can thrive.
