to lead efforts in expanding our clients market presence across the MEA region. The successful candidate will play a critical role in securing new business and cultivating client relationships. This role requires in-depth knowledge of FBO services and business aviation in the Middle East, alongside a proven track record in sales and business development.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & SalesDrive growth in Aircraft Management and FBO services within the MEA regionIdentify and secure opportunities to bring new aircraft under management (private and AOCs)Develop compelling proposals for prospective clientsAchieve high-volume hangar sales for the new FBO/VIP terminal facilityBuild and maintain an active pipeline of targeted leads, converting them into new businessGenerate new leads, write proposals, and close contracts for aircraft management and FBO servicesAnalyze market trends and competition to develop effective sales campaignsCollaborate with the Managing Director to craft and execute business expansion strategiesClient & Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, their offices, and key stakeholdersNurture long-term relationships with aircraft brokers, operators, ground operations, and trip support providersFocus on client retention, leveraging the company’s solid reputation and track recordStrategic Planning & MarketingLead marketing initiatives to support business growth and visibilityContribute to the development of long-term business strategies for achieving growth targetsIdentify business expansion opportunities in other sectorsOversee the development of partnerships with key industry stakeholdersEnhance company visibility by attending and networking at industry events in the Middle East and abroadCross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with other business units to identify cross-selling opportunitiesWork with group leaders to maximize business impact and growthQualifications and SkillsExtensive sales or business development experience within Business Aviation, FBO, and Aircraft Management, with a specific focus on the Middle EastProven track record of securing and closing high-value contractsResults-driven, with strong negotiation and influencing skillsHigh financial acumen and ability to assess opportunity profitabilityStrong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholdersExcellent communication, presentation, and multitasking skillsStrategic thinker with analytical skills to identify and exploit market opportunitiesFluency in English is required; additional languages (particularly Arabic) are a plusBenefitsPrivate medical insurance for self and spouseLife assurance22 working days of annual leave5.5 days of Ramadan leave (optional)If you are an experienced business development professional with a passion for aviation and a deep understanding of the Middle East market, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity to help shape the future of a leading aviation company in the region.If you are ready to embrace this incredible opportunity and become part of our client’s exceptional team, please submit your CV in confidence.
