We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Aviation Experience Specialist to join our team at Inflight Aviation. As an Aviation Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our clients. Your expertise in aviation and passion for providing outstanding service will contribute to the success of our FBO operations.Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including pilots, crew members, and passengers, ensuring their needs are met and exceededGreet and welcome clients upon arrival, assist with luggage handling, and coordinate ground transportation as requiredCoordinate and communicate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery, including fueling, maintenance, catering, and concierge servicesAssist with aircraft marshaling and parking, ensuring safety protocols are followedProvide accurate and up-to-date information on airport facilities, local attractions, and amenities to enhance clients’ overall experienceHandle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving for resolution and client satisfactionConduct facility tours for clients and provide detailed information on FBO and Flight Training servicesMaintain a clean and organized lobby and lounge area, ensuring a welcoming environment for clientsStay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed assistance to clientsQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in aviation or customer service is a plus.Previous experience in the aviation industry, preferably in an FBO or airport environment.Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding experiences.Strong knowledge of aviation operations, including aircraft handling, ramp procedures, and safety protocols.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of clients and team members.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficient computer skills and familiarity with aviation software and systems.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).How to Apply:
