Summary:We are seeking an HR Specialist to manage HR functions, including company policies and employee records. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employee relations, recruiting, and policy implementation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and pre-employment activities.
Generate HR and headcount reports and manage employee status changes.
Coordinate training programs in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
Assist with employee relations, communication, and recognition programs.
Participate in safety audits, training, and incident investigations.
Support HR Business Partner with community engagement and corporate initiatives.
Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS systems (Workday, ATS, ADP, etc.).
Knowledge of employment law, OSHA regulations, and manufacturing concepts.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (preferred).
3+ years of HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
