UX / User Experience designer :
- Create user interface specifications applying client research, design standards, and industry best practices- Participate in design review sessions with project teams to obtain consensus and approvals- Execute business acceptance test cases and testing- Collaborate with project managers to align usability deliverables with project constraints- Contribute to development and improvement of usability methodology and design standards- Advocate for user experience principles and user-centered design- Design Private Bank digital applications, including Online Portfolio View
Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications):
- Proficiency in Figma and experience creating low, mid, and high fidelity designs- Demonstrated ability to gather and translate requirements from various stakeholders including business sponsors, subject matter experts, and business analysts- Knowledge of web accessibility standards and guidelines- Proven understanding of user-centered design principles and techniques- Must be able to provide a digital portfolio showcasing relevant work experience- Experience in financial services industry preferred
