Administrative Assistant
to join their team and support day-to-day operations.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$22 - $24/hr
Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant provides general administrative support including but not limited to managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining calendars. The Administrative Assistant also prepare, review and distribute various documents, reports, presentations, and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
Office Coordination: Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies. Order and manage office supplies and equipmentCommunication: Serve as the point of contact for internal and external clients, providing excellent customer service and managing inquiries in a professional mannerMeeting and Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences. Arrange logistics, prepare materials, and ensure all details are handledData Entry and Management: Accurately enter and update data in various systems and databases. Generate reports as neededTravel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for staff and executives as requiredQualifications for the Administrative Assistant:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate settingProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamEducation Requirements:
