Cascadia Health is seeking a
Senior IT Administrative Coordinator
to provide essential administrative support to our IT and Operations departments. In this role, you'll manage IT procurement, track contracts, and assist with scheduling, meeting preparation, and IT record-keeping. This position plays a vital role in ensuring efficient departmental operations, contributing to an inclusive and culturally responsive work environment, and supporting Cascadia's overall mission of integrated care.Key ResponsibilitiesManage IT procurement, including vendor contacts, orders, invoice tracking, and expense reconciliation.Track and maintain all IT contracts, software licenses, and renewals.Provide administrative support to IT leadership, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and meeting minutes.Support Operations in coverage and various administrative tasks as needed.QualificationsEducation:
High School Diploma or equivalent.Experience:
3 years of administrative experience (preferred experience with IT procurement and Accounts Payable).Skills:
Effective communication, strong organization, proficiency with office technology.Other Requirements:
Ability to travel across the Portland Metro area and maintain a valid driver's license. BLS certification is required (training provided).Benefits
