**Job Description:**- Work in a 36-bed medical-surgical unit- Collaborate with a team consisting of a clinical coordinator, registered nurses, techs, and unit secretary- Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6- Manage and care for post-operative patients, including drain maintenance and wound care- Utilize equipment such as Baxter IV pumps, Medfusion pumps, and SCDs- Use Meditech for electronic medical records- Engage with a fast-paced environment and provide strong patient advocacy- Exhibit teamwork and maintain a positive attitude- Dress in navy blue/white scrubs; hoodies, pull-overs, and t-shirts are not permitted- Contribute to top patient experience scores, measured through HCAHPS
