The Desktop Administrator provides support for complex desktop hardware, operating systems and applications, installation, and modification tickets and requests.
Responsibilities:First escalation point for customer end user desktop incidents and requests that cannot be resolved by a member of the Service Desk teamTroubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems, including customer end user desktops and laptops, printers, and common off-the-shelf application problems.Assist with account management services - User Account creates/disables/ terminations/name changes, as needed
Qualifications
Proficient technical support skills with macOS and Windows required5 years of technical helpdesk or desktop support experience requiredProficient with Active Directory user and group maintenanceProficient with O365/Exchange Mailboxes, Distribution Lists, etcExperience with remote support tools such as Kaseya, Ivanti or BomgarExperience with Mobile Device Management systems and endpoint security tools, such as VMWare Workspace One or IntuneCapable of supporting teleconferencing system issues, such as WebEx and MS TeamsVPN and remote dial in usersMulti-Factor Authentication, soft tokens
