This dynamic leadership position is ideal for candidates with at least 10 years of experience in political, media, or community organizing, ideally within the Jewish communal sphere. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in assessing, developing, and expanding a new initiative aimed at addressing and preventing antisemitism on college campuses. Key responsibilities include: Driving the strategic direction of the program and adapting it based on feedback and evaluation metrics. Collaborating effectively with campus staff, students, and both community and university partners. Building and leading a cohort of Advisors, developing comprehensive training protocols, and sharing best practices. Advocating for antisemitism solutions while fostering strategic relationships in the higher education sector. The ideal candidate will: Hold a Bachelor's degree and possess a rich understanding of Jewish life on campus and the challenges related to antisemitism. Exhibit exceptional communication capabilities and a high level of emotional intelligence. Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, and the ability to execute within a vibrant environment. Have a strong commitment to combating antisemitism and nurturing a positive climate for students. Be comfortable with travel and manage both hands-on responsibilities and complex strategic discussions. Coaching, mentoring, and team leadership experience are essential for this role.
