This strategic leadership role requires a candidate with a minimum of 10 years' experience in political, media, and/or community organizing, preferably within the Jewish communal context. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the development, management, and growth of a new program designed to address and prevent antisemitism on college campuses. Key responsibilities include driving the strategy of the program, revising it based on feedback and metrics, and serving as a critical partner between the organization, campus staff and students, and community and university partners. The role also involves building and leading a cohort of Advisors, developing training protocols, and disseminating best practices. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the higher education landscape, particularly as it pertains to antisemitism, and a proven ability to create and manage successful programs. The ideal candidate for the Associate Vice President role at the company will have a Bachelor's degree and a strong background in Jewish life on campus, higher education, and associated political, media, and communal institutions. They should possess exceptional communication skills, a high level of emotional intelligence, and a passion for the mission and vision of the organization. The role demands an individual who is entrepreneurial, creative, and able to execute effectively within a dynamic environment. The AVP will be responsible for advocacy, building strategic relationships, and providing support to Advisors in navigating local challenges. The position may involve travel, and the candidate should be comfortable with both hands-on work and complex strategic discussions. Experience in coaching, mentoring, and leading teams is essential, as is a strong commitment to combating antisemitism and fostering a positive campus climate.
