Ambulatory - Bettendorf, IARN Surgery (Ambulatory/Endoscopy)Full Time - 0.8 FTEDay Shift:4, 8-hour shiftsStart time between 5:30 AM - 8:30 AMThe Endoscopy Unit provides 24/7 coverage with 2 nurses or 1 nurse and an endoscopy tech.On call required 1 night a week + every 4th weekend

Ambulatory:Focuses on pre-op and post op care for patients of all ages undergoing surgical procedures.Nurses assess, prepare the patient for surgery, and gives comprehensive discharge instructions.Endoscopy:Performs procedures like colonscopies, bronchoscopies, EGDs, and ERCPs using flexible, camera-equipped instruments to diagnose and treat conditions in internal cavities and organs.Features advanced imaging and monitoring technology, staffed by specialiezed providers, nurses, and techs who ensure patient safety, comfort, and percise outcomes.Manages food bolus cases and vairous other procedures, typically performed in Endo, the OR, or ICU.
Qualifications
Education:Diploma from an RN program.License(s)/Certification(s):Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in primary state.Must apply within 90 days for licensure in secondary state.Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Must possess and maintain ACLS#RNpositionsQCArea of Interest:
