Principal, Product Manager - Tech, WW Prime - BPC

Are you interested in building groundbreaking services and value propositions to better serve millions of Amazon Prime customers worldwide? Prime's vision is to be the most beloved membership program on earth. We are looking for a business-savvy Product-tech leader to help customers unlock more with their Prime membership and enhance their experience by adding Amazon-owned and 3P-owned subscriptions for more savings and convenience in their everyday lives. We will power a new concept and related widgets to provide Prime members a convenient way to discover, subscribe, and manage their add-on subscriptions.

This initiative aims to address the issue of Prime members being unaware of exclusive add-ons and discounts, leading to missed opportunities for engagement and value. The concept is a one-stop destination for Prime members to discover, buy, or manage subscriptions from Amazon and our Third-Party (3P) Partners, enjoying Prime member exclusive pricing or discounts. As a Principal, Product Manager - Tech, you are responsible for conducting UX deep dives with 1P benefit partner teams including usability testing and customer research, designing 2-way door experiments with clear learning criteria, obtaining buy-in from multiple stakeholders, and delivering results with the launch of products that lead to a north star vision. You are a customer-obsessed leader who creates a compelling long-term vision and strategy for critical growth areas of our global business. You will partner closely with tech leaders and software engineers to build innovative, customer-facing features that will scale and optimize the value of Prime to more customers. You will also work closely with and influence marketing teams, design, science and analytics, and finance to bring your vision and strategy to life.
