Our Experienced Business Development Representatives have access to unlimited leads and account access that other 3PLs can’t offer. Some of the specific job duties include, but are not limited to:Landing new business through cold outreach, warm leads, and continuous nurturing of active accountsEffectively manage the Capstone Sales Cycle from prospect to onboardLead strategy for discovery calls, opportunities, QBR, partner meetingsCommunicating service updates with accuracy and attention to detailExecute a strategic business development plan for each account that provides continuous, profitable growthPipeline alignment with BD strategy and focus on $50M+ “Target Partner Profile” accountsLeveraging Capstone’s value proposition, unique differentiators, and ability to cross-sellGenerate new profit by way of consistent pipeline development and leveraging active partner referralsProducing high-impact gains by converting transactional business into contracted businessAchieve and exceed periodic forecast KPIsWhat we’re looking for:2 to 4 years of logistics brokerage experienceBachelor’s degree is preferredLive by our company values: S.C.R.I.P.T.
