As the product expert, you will be hands-on developing product learning solutions and leading learning initiatives, in addition to analyzing metrics and collaborating across various product organizations in the firm. You will identify, recommend, and develop digital learning products and solutions that can include high-quality videos, graphics, and microsites.As a Product Manager in Learn, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.You will utilize your expertise in product development and software engineering to make a significant impact in HR Learning across multiple areas such as Product Management, Software Engineering, and Cloud domains. Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customersManages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmapOwns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value propositionBuilds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliabilityPartners with the Product Director to create engaging and impactful learning content on Software Engineering and Cloud, tools, and processes.Uses data-driven insights to optimize for the product experience and workflowsPartners with leadership to create a culture where all team members can share diverse perspectives and thrive to produce quality resultsProvides recommendations to enhance internal processes to support content inventory, design practices, project execution, and other needsCoaches and reviews Digital Learning Developers’ work, providing guidance on instructional design, tools, and ways to increase learning outcomes and impactProvides consultative support and thought leadership on ideas to best meet learning needs and outcomes in an effective wayRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementStrong attention to detail in developing and publishing learning solutions, and ensuring accuracy and quality of contentStrong organizational, project, and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively on multiple projects in a fast-moving, deadline-driven, and agile development environment; demonstrated timely task completion and quality of deliverablesProven accomplishment in building inclusive partnerships and relationships with customers and internal clients; openness to multiple perspectives; work both independently and collaboratively to achieve outcomesGood knowledge of data analytics and data literacyUnderstand basic technology concepts (APIs, User Acceptance Testing, entitlements/credentials, etc.)Strong verbal/presentation and written communications skillsAbility to synthesize ambiguous customer needs into clear product requirementsPossess technical depth to understand the internal and external system dependenciesPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
