Fort Moore GABusiness Systems AnalystSUMMARY:

The Business Systems Analyst will support the Ft. Moore (Formally Fort Benning) DPW and BOID by providing operational and analytical support of multiple information systems used in the accountability and sustainment of Real Property and development of the Annual Work Plan.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide support to the DPW Installation Status Report - Infrastructure (ISR-1) Manager through preparing and adjusting the annual inspection plan, scheduling and conducting visual and physical internal & external facility inspections, and inputting facility inspection results in the ISR-1 Web system.Provide project data entry and analysis using c-Projects and Project System to account for all projects from initial proposal through execution and cost collection in the work management system of record (GFEBS).Provide system support for the BOID's cyber-Risk Management Framework (RMF) plan through the utilization of the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) application.Track and determine the impact of maintenance data entered in the GFEBS system.Utilize GFEBS reports to conduct installation-wide analyses of work order occurrences and costs.Maintain, prepare, and submit detailed data for Real Property work orders including Preventative Maintenance Orders, Demand Maintenance Orders, Project Work Orders, and Operations Work Orders.Provide data entry and reconciliation to ensure all Real Property Inventory and work orders are maintained and managed in the GFEBS system.Use GFEBS to monitor/track the status of maintenance work.Perform other related duties as assigned by management.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:This job has no supervisory responsibilities.QUALIFICATIONS:High School Diploma or GED required.Proficient in GFEBS navigation and reporting actions.Proficient in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel.Practical knowledge of the mission, function, goals, objectives, work processes, and sources of funding for the organization.Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.Ability to navigate various computer systems.Ability to effectively work in a team environment to achieve project goals.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Accountability for results and deadlines.PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:Continually required to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, and drive.Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.Occasionally/Frequently/Continually required to talk or hear.Occasionally/Frequently/Continually required to taste or smell.While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually very quiet.Occasional work outdoors during inclement weather conditions.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.DAWSON is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action/VEVRAA federal contractor.
