Working with an integrated project team of stakeholders, the selected candidate will be responsible for the following duties:Oversee and manage engineering and acquisition program data entry in an Integrated Data Environment (IDE) provided by the U.S. Coast GuardOrganize/manage documents both digitally and in hard copyManage Outlook calendar schedulingCoordinate conference room reservationsRecord meeting minutesInventory office suppliesInitiate office supply procurement requestsInitiate/process visitor requests & computer user accountsInitiate/track/review tasks in the U.S. Coast Guard Task Management System web-based portalQualifications
3 to 10 years of experience and a Bachelor's or Master's degree
6 years work experience, or an Associate's degree plus 4 years work experience, may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook, as well as other software/tools provided on the Coast Guard Standard Workstation.Benefit and Compensation Transparency
