The brand's commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction has helped it maintain a strong presence in the fashion market.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3-5 years of HR experience in a similar role.Familiarity with OSHA regulations and compliance.Bilingual English/Spanish skills (a plus).Core ResponsibilitiesGuide and Support: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing expert guidance on personnel policies and procedures.Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with federal and state employment laws to ensure compliance and best practices.Benefit Coordination: Manage open enrollments, benefits changes, and training programs to empower employees with the resources they need.Be the Go-To Resource: Address HR-related inquiries with professionalism and care.Payroll Assistance: Collaborate with payroll teams to ensure smooth and accurate processing.Communicate Effectively: Craft and distribute internal communications about changes in policies, benefits, or employee status updates.Welcome New Talent: Lead onboarding and orientation programs to set new hires up for success.Foster Culture: Monitor and nurture employee morale while promoting a strong and positive company culture.Ensure Safety and Respect: Handle complaints related to harassment, discrimination, or workplace issues and assist in investigations and disciplinary actions as needed.Maintain Records: Keep meticulous personnel records to support organizational integrity and compliance.What You BringExpertise in HR: Demonstrated knowledge of HR best practices, employment regulations, and compliance requirements.Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.Communication Excellence: Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships at all levels.Confidentiality: A strong sense of ethics and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.Tech-Savviness: Proficiency with HRMS/HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).Why Join Us?We're not just about policies and procedures - we're about people.
