FabFitFun is seeking an HR Generalist to join our HR team! This person will help provide a best-in class employee experience with responsibilities that will span across all parts of the employee lifecycle, such as, employee relations, talent programs, and performance management.Location: FabFitFun is based in Beverly Hills, CA. This role will be expected to work onsite in a hybrid environment and will not be eligible for remote.What you’ll do:Act as the point of contact to answer employee questions, coach managers and employees, and when needed refer them to experts, for topics such as Performance Management, Compensation, Work/Life, Employee Perks, PTO, Company Policies, etcProvide day-to-day administrative support for HR initiatives, such as leave of absence, immigration, trainings/workshops, employment verifications, onboarding/offboarding, and ad-hoc reportingMaintain and update employee records and HRIS system (Paycom), as well as team shared drives, and knowledge sharing sourcesWrite, review & update employee handbook, policies, guidance documents, tools, and employee-facing documentation on our HR programsAssist in conducting thorough workplace investigations, resolving issues in accordance with employment laws and FabFitFun's policies and culture, utilizing internal and external legal counsel as neededAddress employe relations issues with professionalism and discretion, ensuring concerns are resolved effectively and aligned with company valuesStay informed of employment laws and regulations, ensuring that the Company remains compliance and proactiveHelp as needed in other facets of the People Operations team, which could include: New Hire Orientation, Company Culture / Events, and BenefitsWhat You’ll Bring:2-3 years experience as an HR Coordinator/GeneralistBachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Psychology or Human ResourcesGeneral knowledge of employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, Leave of Absences, etcAbility to respect strict confidentiality when it comes to employee informationStrong organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detailIntermediate MS Office skills required, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint (or similar Google Suite applications)A human first approach when dealing with others and when managing up, down and acrossMotivation and capability to rapidly develop HR-related knowledge and skillsAbility to take initiative, and identify opportunities for improvementPreferred:Experience with HRIS systems preferred (Paycom a plus!)Experience in a fast-paced environmentHR certification such as SHRM-CP is a plusThe salary range is $75,000-$85,000. The compensation package will also include an initial equity grant, in addition to a range of generous medical, dental, vision and other perks & benefits. Compensation decisions are determined using a variety of job-related factors such as skill set, geographic location, market demands, experience, and education / certifications. If we extend an offer for employment, we will consider all individual qualifications.
