This individual will be a day-to-day programmatic leader for the agency’s existing accounts and prospective clients.You have mastered the art of strategic planning, anticipating client needs, and building long-lasting relationships that deliver creative, impactful results.You’re comfortable leading digital marketing and communication for both B2B and B2C clients, and know what it takes to build campaigns that connect. You also understand how all the elements of a successful integrated campaign come together.As a future agency leader, you understand both the high-level strategic planning and deeply technical nuances of executing digital marketing and social media programs. Your expertise includes platform experience with LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), X, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, and Reddit. You also have a keen managerial acumen to be a role model and mentor for junior staff.The successful candidate will:Act as the day-to-day account lead to some of our largest and most exciting clientsBuild high-level, measurable, digital strategy, ensuring alignment with the analytics team to set and deliver against communication and commercial goalsThink and plan ahead, anticipating client needs while proactively recommending strategic, creative solutionsPerform as a fearless, inclusive and positive leader for account teams, inspiring junior colleagues, mentoring and leading by exampleExhibit a global, integrated mindset: build connections and work with colleagues throughout the agency to ensure seamless client service, effective team collaboration, and successful delivery of internal campaigns and initiativesHave a proven track record of leading and executing digital and social (paid and organic) campaignsSupport new business development and proactively seek opportunities to expand the agency’s scope with clients, through the addition of new services and/or geographiesKeep abreast of developments and innovations in the paid digital and social media industries, making time to learn about new thinking or techniques that may be applied to our client workWork with a wide range of B2C and B2B brands, from household names to startupsHave the ability to work successfully in a hybrid model – we love meeting up in person and working together twice a week, and also believe in remote work flexibilityTaking Care of Yourself and Your FamilyAt Clarity, we know that a happy and healthy team is a productive team.
