Our student body is diverse, representing forty-one states and seventy countries with 21 percent U.S. students of color and 50 percent who identify as women. The Manager of Student Accounts and Loans plans, directs, and participates in billing, collecting, and reporting of student accounts receivable. Responsibilities include: Supervision of student loan processing, billing, and collections of multiple loan programs. Verify and review accuracy of billing system calculation process, including maintenance for each term billing cycle. Resolve complex and sensitive individual billing/collection situations with students and families, requiring substantial problem-solving and negotiation skills. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 3 – 5 years of billing, collections, customer service, and supervisory experience are required. Proficiency in Word and Excel is required.
