Virtual, USAClariant is currently looking for a Senior Account Manager to support the Coatings and Adhesives segment of the Adsorbents and Additives business unit. The primary objectives of this role involve developing strategic account plans, navigating organizational complexities, executing sales strategies, and rigorous CRM management to exceed sales targets. The ideal applicant must manage ambiguity, adapt to intricate organizational structures, have a strong commercial background, and the ability to make high-stakes decisions to ensure consistent delivery of results in a challenging market landscape.
