The Wilner Group has partnered with our client a manufacturer of one of the world's largest processors of micronized polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), as well as a leading worldwide manufacturer and supplier of a broad line of specialty wax-based products. Together we are searching for a Regional Sales Manager to join their team remotely in the Northeast- NJ, NY, and Metro area, traveling 50% 3 days a week. The compensation for this position is $138k - $149k based on experience.
Responsibilities:Grow and maintain sales to meet or exceed sales targets.Demonstrate thorough understanding of Company products and technologies to sell our capabilities and possibilities.Create sustainable growth by continuously expanding the Company's customer base, proactively searching for new business opportunities and monitoring potential customers in the market.Analyze and understand customer needs, and work closely with product support and other internal teams to secure technical product approvals & profitable sales that meet those needs. Communicate customer needs internally as needed.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in chemistry, science, or business administration; Master's and MBA.5+ years of related experience in sales, marketing, and/or technical product marketing.Related sales experience in the chemical manufacturing industry. Coatings, Polymers, Adhesives or Chemical Additives are strongly preferred.
