Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Account Executive to join our security business unit.
Position Summary and Duties:B2B sales, SaaS, Physical Security, NetworkingInnovative, self-starter with the self-confidence and ability to represent the Pavion Company in a professional, ethical manner to gain a high level of confidenceExcellent problem-solving and meeting facilitation skillsDevelop and execute a strong business plan, advanced selling skills, e.g., qualify prospects, lead generation, new business development, account penetration, strategic selling, conceptual selling, issues-based selling, consultative selling, negotiation, and contracts (closing)Experience building a network of business relationships to create sales opportunitiesIdentify target opportunities to 'take' large customer sales from our competitors where possibleServe as the key point of contact with your customers; develop/nurture these key relationships to grow business within the accountsDemonstrate a deep understanding of customers and their issues to drive long term results and become their trusted advisorBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree(3) years sales experience preferably in the security integration business but at minimum a customer service-oriented business.Valid Driver Licenses requiredPreferred Qualifications:Knowledge of the competitive landscape and key influencersProven history of sales success identifying and developing (hunting) new business opportunitiesPhysical Requirements:Ability to sit or stand in a stationary position for a prolonged period of timeSalary base starting at $85,000 plus commissionDisclaimer: This job description should not be construed to imply that these requirements are the exclusive standards of the position.
