Boston Scientific has an array of products and therapies to treat patients with atrial fibrillation (AFib) including Cryo, Radiofrequency, and our Pulsed Field ablation therapy, FARAPULSE.The EP Mapping Specialist will spend their first year gaining expertise in Boston Scientific technology while obtaining extensive professional development to ensure readiness for success in this hands-on, field-based role. Once training is complete, the EP Mapping Specialist will provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, EP Lab Staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of the Rhythmia Mapping System during case procedures within an assigned geography.Your responsibilities will include:Maintain advanced clinical knowledge of EP diagnostic and ablation technologies, EP mapping and recording systems, transeptal access technologies, and left atrial appendage occlusion technologies.Attend procedures in cardiac CV/EP labs of hospital accounts for clinical support and development efforts of BSC AF Solutions products.Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of AF Solutions products by creating and delivering presentations and demonstrations.Meet with existing and potential customers to identify their clinical needs and discuss how company products can help them achieve their goals.Develop relationships with hospital personnel to make new contacts and identify key decision-makers.Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service.Demonstrate effective change leadership and build strategic partnerships.Implement and monitor strategies outlined by the quarterly plan of action for the area.Coordinate territory and other BSC sales management efforts.Develop relationships with key referring physicians to promote market development and growth.Train on and maintain knowledge of clinical trial protocols and compliance towards regulations.Manage clinical trial activity within the assigned territory.Educate clinical investigators on clinical trial protocols and investigational products.Required Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of industry experience in medical device sales, clinical electrophysiology or equivalent education and experience.Demonstrate technical aptitude and ability to discuss & explain complex technical product information.Preferred Qualifications:NASPE/IBHRE CEPS certification.Work experience in Atrial Fibrillation/Cardiac Mapping/Structural Heart Procedure.Existing usage of 3D cardiac mapping system.MS or advanced degree in business or healthcare.Requisition ID:
