Working as a

Director of Dining Services , you oversee the day-to-day food service operations for a rural healthcare dining account with an average daily census of 14, a retail cafe with annual sales of $65,000 and provides meals for local head start program. You will manage and lead a team of eight associates. You will cultivate client relations and ensure that the food offered to the patients and customers is of superior quality.
