Join the team and create the future of customer experience together.Position: Sr. Account Executive, BPO SalesGenesys is seeking extraordinary Account Executives who can be the catalyst for our continued growth and success. You will be comfortable around C-suite customers and able to position the full Genesys portfolio with a consultative selling approach.Primary Responsibilities:Increase net logos and win Cloud business by meeting prospective customers and developing a deep understanding of their environment.Develop and execute strategic account plans for your accounts.Effectively communicate Genesys' strategic vision and unique capabilities to customers.Pull in overlay expertise to support value realization.Proactively identify and manage customer concerns or risks.Facilitate a smooth transition from pre-commit to implementation.Negotiate financial solutions for clients and Genesys.Maintain a vibrant pipeline for consistent success and build new relationships.Advocate for upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing customers.Other Requirements:7+ years of software sales experience.Strong preference for Cloud sales.Familiarity with subscription sales.Proven success working at the C-suite level.Track record of hitting targets.Ability to manage sustained strategic account focus over a long complex sales cycle.BS or BA degree or equivalent work-related experience.Ability to travel up to 50%.Compensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of $103,100.00 - $191,500.00, depending on experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
