Our global talent pool of consultants delivers software and services to customers through both factory and traditional people-based approaches. Our team drives value and continuous improvement for our customers through the use of operationally sound processes.Developing our consultants through training, certifications, and skill expansion opportunities are key priorities of D@S success and offers our people long-term career growth opportunities.What You'll Do:Participate in initial training and acquire certifications in SAP Cloud HCM products, technologies, and methodologies.Support and participate in SAP customer implementations through Prepare, Realize, Verify, and Launch phases.Follow best practices and standards to create the technical design for the implementation based on the Solution Design Document.Perform application configuration using the tools and features of the product.Conduct Quality Assurance/Feasibility services.Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SAP Cloud HCM product-suite configuration options.Liaison with field consultants & offshore teams for project delivery.Work with LOB Consultants and offshore team to complete implementation projects within budget/time.Guide and provide assistance to team members nearshore and offshore.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.What You Bring:SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Certification is mandatory.At least 3 years consulting experience in ECC / SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.Experience in global SAP SuccessFactors end-to-end implementation projects.Must be able to work as a team player, yet have the ability to work independently.Graduate of an accredited university with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields.Analytical, results-driven, and have a solution-oriented approach.Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Open to travel up to 20%.Bring out your bestSAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for this position.
