This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, deep market insights, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customer-centric solutions.What's Expected from you (Job Responsibilities)As the product management lead, you will be responsible for creating and driving the product vision, strategy, design, and execution of the product portfolio for platforms.Strategic Leadership:Understand the rapidly evolving consumption and paid media advancements in OTT/CTV.Possess a strong portfolio of successful products plus a full grasp of the OTT/CTV space and its evolution over the last 7 years.Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities.Create an ongoing framework to analyze the competitive landscape, potential partnerships, and opportunities.Collaborate with executive leadership to identify growth opportunities and prioritize initiatives.Team Leadership and Development:Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.Build team capabilities by hiring top talent and providing professional growth opportunities.Product Development:Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch optimization.Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.Customer Focus:Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify unmet needs and emerging trends.Ensure products meet customer expectations and drive exceptional user experiences.Metrics and Performance:Define, monitor, and report on key product performance metrics to evaluate success and inform future decision-making.Implement data-driven practices to optimize products and deliver measurable business results.Stakeholder Communication:Act as the primary product liaison, communicating strategies, updates, and results to internal and external stakeholders.Present product plans and achievements to leadership, partners, and customers.Partner with sales and marketing across NA, EMEA, and APAC growing video markets.Own backlog grooming and prioritization while collaborating with stakeholders.Skills we are looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.10+ years of professional experience, 7+ years of specific product management experience.Strong interpersonal skills and proven leadership track record.Autonomous learner, curious problem solver, and team player.Understanding of existing tech platforms servicing the digital video advertising space and evolution to and beyond various versions of streaming services and other distribution channels, VPAID, VAST, etc.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!, Roadmunk).Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset.Collaborative and results-driven leader with a passion for innovation.Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities.Benefits:Health/Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage.401(k) Retirement with matching program up to 4%.Paid Time Off - 4 weeks of vacation in addition to 12 Holidays and Personal Leave time.Paid Parental Leave for both mothers and secondary caregivers.Paid "Pawternity" Leave for primary caregivers when a new pet has joined the family or fallen ill.Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).Life, AD&D, and Disability Insurance.Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Sabbatical option after five years of service - up to 3 months.“Amagi is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against applicants based on their gender, marital status, race, religion, color, age, capacity to work, sexual orientation, or status as a protected veteran.”
