They report to the Director of Production to ensure all production needs are met. They provide leadership and guidance to all teams, manage employee relations, production reporting, scheduling effectiveness/efficiencies, facilitate lean initiatives, and the acquisitions of new staff.Parallel is one of the largest privately held, vertically integrated, multi-state cannabis companies in the nation, owning and operating dispensaries in three markets: Florida (Surterra Wellness), Massachusetts (NETA), and Texas (Surterra Wellness). For more information, visit www.liveparallel.com.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGManages production operations by implementing, adjusting, and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures.Responsible for enforcing Operational Compliance in all aspects of producing and packaging all products.Manages all manufacturing, packaging and quality standards.Directs teams on executing day to day operations and facilitates production schedule planning.Responsible for supporting employee relations, recruitment and on-boarding for the department.Works directly with training teams to initiate and evolve an engaging, holistic training program directed at enhancing employee skills and nature; helps to mature individuals and culture, to instill the necessary qualities for future leadership.Mastery and management of seed to sale tracking programs.Maintains departmental goals and KPIs for, Quality, Productivity, Inventory accuracy, Utilization.
