Job Overview:
The Warehouse Associate will handle inventory management, picking and packing, and data entry in a warehouse environment. This role focuses on processing orders and preparing shipments while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Perform data entry in the system to process shipments accurately.
Inventory Control: Unbox products and organize them on shelves. Conduct periodic inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
General Warehouse Duties: Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Handle products like toner, printers, cameras, and accessories. Operate a pallet jack occasionally (not required frequently).
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols when handling items (maximum lifting weight: 50 lbs). Follow company policies and procedures for inventory management and shipments.
Skills and Qualifications: Required Skills: Data Entry Skills: Accurate and efficient in entering data into systems. Multi-Tasking Ability: Capable of managing various tasks effectively. Microsoft Excel Proficiency: Familiarity with basic Excel functions for record-keeping. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable personal transportation. Preferred Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations or order fulfillment. Familiarity with inventory control processes. Work Schedule: Training: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Two weeks; 30-minute unpaid lunch) Regular Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch) Environment: 100% In-Person Parking & Amenities: Fre e parking, breakroom, vending area, and free coffee 2499 Newpoint Pkwy Suite 100 and 200, Lawrenceville, GA 30043 Additional Notes:
Forklift operation skills are not required for this role. Training will be conducted onsite, and the role is 100% in-person. The work environment includes access to free parking, coffee, and a breakroom for convenience.
