Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $110600 - $139300 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the financial reporting and consolidation processes, ensuring accurate and timely completion of monthly financial reporting and consolidation.
Coordinating and supporting the year-end financial external audits and the preparation of financial statements in according with U.S. GAAP.
Preparation of quarterly and annual debt compliance reporting packages and communication of results with senior leaders.
Develop team members by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; professional certification such as CPA or MBA strongly preferred
Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience with a portion of it being in a supervisory role or equivalent
Financial statement preparation experience required.
Public accounting experience preferred
Thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial statements
Knowledge of employee relationship building and performance management techniques
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with other financial systems such as Blackline, Workday, and OneStream a plus
