The Impact You’ll Make in this RoleAs a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Source, screen, and recruit top technical talent for various positions within the company, including but not limited to Corporate, R&D, Sales & Manufacturing

Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding

Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to attract passive candidates, including social media, networking, referrals, job boards, and industry events.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to meet those needs.

Conducting regular stakeholder meetings to educate on recruiting best practices, market data, including execution on recruiting processes and tools

Influencing and showcasing company culture to enhance our talent attraction strategy at all levels of the organization

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to continuously improve recruiting process and strategies

Driving operational efficiencies in a high-volume recruiting environment

Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey

Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND five (5) years of recruitment experience

ORHigh School Diploma/GED AND nine (9) years of recruitment experience

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Five (5) years of combined recruiting experience across Corporate, Agency, or RPO in a private, public, government or military environment

Experience using Workday for recruiting

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Five (5) years of experience sourcing and recruiting

Experience recruiting exempt level talent in Corporate, R&D, Sales & Manufacturing

Stakeholder management and engagement

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting CRMs and other HR software

An understanding of diversity recruiting, compliance practices and applicable Federal and State laws including OFCCP, EEO, ADA and Affirmative Action

Experience sourcing using multiple strategies to create candidate pipelines in a timely and cost-effective manner resulting in successful hires

Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking and organization skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships at all levels

Experience working with HR colleagues involving a variety of HR initiatives

Ability to learn new markets to identify appropriate talent

Experience building and maintaining candidate networks through market research and on-going relationship management
