Junior Achievement of Greater Miami has a full-time Director of Fundraising and Development in Miami, Florida.
The Director of Fundraising and Development will enhance our regional impact by leading the creation and implementation of a comprehensive philanthropy program. Junior Achievement offers paid benefits and unlimited PTO.
Job Responsibilities:
Build community partnerships and advisor networks to boost fundraising. Create a strategy to attract individual, corporate, foundation, and government donors. Lead the Philanthropy team, providing strategic direction and leadership. Lead the Philanthropy team with strategic guidance. Oversee all gifts, with a focus on planned giving. Collaborate with the President, CEO, Leadership Team, and Board to build. Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (master's preferred) At least 7 years of experience in philanthropy, fundraising, or business development roles. Demonstrated success in securing major gifts and cultivating donor relationships. Proficient in donor management software with strong data analytics skills. Pay Range
$90,000.00 Annually to $95,000.00 Annually
