The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of real estate markets and a wealth of asset management experience.As the VP of Asset Management, you will:Develop and implement innovative strategic asset management plans.Oversee financial performance and conduct thorough portfolio reviews.Lead and mentor a talented team of asset managers.Collaborate effectively with property management teams and maintain strong investor and partner relationships.Conduct insightful market research to inform decision-making.Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.Identify and assess acquisition and disposition opportunities.Drive sustainability initiatives within our portfolio.Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in asset management or real estate operations, focusing on multifamily assets. A Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution is essential, complemented by strong Excel skills, a robust work ethic, and outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. The role requires the flexibility to travel frequently to various assets and proficiency in preparing and presenting detailed asset performance reports.
