Who We Are
STR Behavioral Health's premier mental health and addiction treatment centers are located in Levittown, Bucks County, and Lehigh Valley, PA. The programs we offer include detox, residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient care with licensed recovery housing. The approach at our treatment centers is firmly rooted in individualized, person-centered care to help clients uncover the "why" behind their disorders and help them build foundational relationships that help answer the "how" in moving forward. We work closely with every client to create personalized, high-quality treatment plans that cater to their specific needs and increase their chances of success. Our clinical team also meets regularly to adjust each treatment plan as the client progresses through treatment. Additionally, we work closely with each client's family and other stakeholders to help people thrive in recovery.

The role of Admissions coordinator is to receive all phone calls to the 888 hotline, Represent STR Behavioral Health and our services to clients, families, referral sources and community resources, Complete pre-admission paperwork and supervise logistical and financial requirements. Also, responsible for communicating client information to proper departments, assist in the admissions process as needed and describe insurance and financial requirements to families and clients

Essential ResponsibilitiesVerifying insurance benefits for prospective STR Behavioral Health clientsConducting and completing pre-assessments for STR Behavioral Health ClientsReceiving and managing phone calls and inquiries from prospective clients, families, and referralsFulfill afterhours schedule by answering and managing phone calls outside regular business hours and daysConduct follow up phone calls with clients, families, and referral sourcesMaintaining professional relationships with entities outside of STR Behavioral HealthPlanning and implementing Aftercare for STR Behavioral Health clients

High school diploma required, but bachelors degree preferredMinimum of two years experience in the Human Services or Customer Services field, Behavioral Health experience preferredExcellent communication and people skillsExcellent organizational skillsAdvanced computer system and Internet knowledge requiredWorking knowledge of insurance CarriersPrefer experience in phone salesSkill Competencies
