About this role:This Senior Global Group Manager is responsible for developing and driving key marketing and business strategies for Boston Scientific's Global Electrophysiology (EP) Product Portfolio, with a focus on clinical marketing, competitive intel, and portfolio and brand marketing. This includes involvement in developing high performance teams and managing the formulation and execution of comprehensive business plans to achieve such objectives. This person is an experienced marketer of highly technical and clinical products and demonstrates strength in franchise management, product launches and commercialization, and a high level of business acumen.This is a hybrid work mode based out of our Arden Hills, MN or Waltham, MA facilities with the expectation of being on-site 3 days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:Build a high-performance marketing team, recruiting, selecting, training and developing top marketing talent.Ensure alignment of direct reports' annual performance objectives and support individual development plans. Sets clear, high standards for performance and hold direct reports accountable for results. Measure individual performance against success criteria and provides feedback and developmental coaching.Set strategic direction for the business and works with the team to formulate actionable, comprehensive business plans (e.g., integrated marketing business plans, product portfolio plans, data roadmaps, market development plans, etc.) to achieve franchise business objectives.Oversee the execution of business plans through appropriate strategies, tactics and action plans. Develop annual operational budget for the business and ensure the availability of resources required for plan execution.Direct team's utilization of marketing science tools and methodologies for market analysis, and manages development of strategies and tactics designed to eliminate or mitigate market barriers, including technical, operational, economic, regulatory and sales channel barriers.Identify, analyze, and recommend business development opportunities.Develop a deep understanding of the global clinical and competitive landscape, markets, trends, and competition to support in making data-driven decisions for product launch and commercial strategies.Foster a 'never arrive' mindset among team members to ensure a continuous improvement approach to the business.Leverage industry, market, clinical and cross-functional experience and knowledge to remove obstacles and address complex business issues.Develop personal, and facilitate team's development of, relationships and networks with internal and external stakeholders, influencers and decision-makers. Actively coach and provide leadership to the team and others within marketing and other functions, regarding effectively navigating through and capitalizing on the organizational matrix.Serve as a resource/subject matter expert to senior management.Required qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of professional related experience5+ years of work experience in medical device marketing, strategy, business, clinical and/or sales operationsMinimum of 3 years' experience working with clinical data in a commercial medical device settingMust have ability to drive communications strategies and influence stakeholdersProven business acumenAbility to travel up to 30% including internationallyPreferred qualifications:

Advanced degree such as Master's or MBAElectrophysiology experienceMust have strong communication & execution skillsLeadership experience building and leading a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated success supporting and/or managing complex projectsAbility to develop clinical expertise in medical devicesDesire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities
