About the role The Portfolio & Clinical Marketing Manager for Interventional Oncology & Embolization (IO&E) will play a crucial role in the global IO&E franchise. This role focuses on expanding our interventional oncology and embolization therapies by advancing BSC IO&E's brand story, accelerating our innovation and clinical messaging, and strengthening our market leadership position. Your responsibilities include: Oversee the launch of our evolved IO&E brand story and product portfolio selling strategy in collaboration with Marketing Activation and sales, centering on leadership-driven executive communications and storytelling across main channels. Lead the evolution of BSC IO&E's branding initiative to further solidify Boston Scientific's leadership position. Partner with Brand Activation and the Tradeshow Channel Manager to communicate brand messaging and content at key IR meetings, Innovation Center visits and when targeting competitive accounts. Execute multi-channel clinical communications, highlighting our robust investment and pipeline of clinical research. This role will work closely with cross-functional partners including marketing, medical and scientific affairs, sales teams, regulatory, R&D, finance, and global partners. Partnering with clinical and marketing colleagues to align on a clinical investment strategy and communication plan to grow therapy adoption and utilization, inclusive of Truveta and our real-world evidence strategy. Drive the promotion of new clinical data at key conferences and distinguish Boston Scientific's investment in research across the portfolio. What we are looking for: 7+ years of medical device experience required. BA/BS required; Master's/MBA preferred. Demonstrated success working as an integral cross functional team member, and ability to develop deep clinical expertise in medical device product line. Demonstrated success supporting and/or managing complex projects. Ability to collaborate and work with others in a dynamic, matrix environment.
