Key Responsibilities : Engage with internal teams and external vendors to ensure secure and efficient onboarding processes, focusing on bank connectivity and data security. Collaborate with technical experts to implement vendor onboarding solutions through NetSuite and potentially Salesforce, ensuring a secure exchange of financial data. Review and validate vendor proposals, focusing on the technical aspects of data handling, storage, and transmission within NetSuite and Salesforce environments. Provide technical advice on integrating NetSuite functionalities for vendor onboarding, ensuring compliance with security standards. Work closely with the bank (e.g., Bank of America) to facilitate secure data exchange processes, including file uploads and information retrieval. Participate in the evaluation of vendor solutions, ensuring they meet organizational security and functionality requirements. Assist in the transition from NetSuite to Oracle, focusing on maintaining seamless vendor onboarding processes. Required Experience :
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in managing vendor onboarding processes within NetSuite and/or Salesforce platforms. (Experience in other platforms is acceptable). Familiarity with bank connectivity projects and secure file exchange protocols. Knowledge of data security practices related to vendor onboarding and financial transactions. Experience in working with financial institutions for secure data exchange. Ability to collaborate with technical teams and provide insights into the integration of vendor onboarding solutions. Experience with Microsoft Products to include Xcel and Word. Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfortable having technical conversations with outside third parties. Desirable Skills :
Bachelor's degree in finance or similar study Strong analytical skills to review and validate vendor proposals. Excellent communication skills to engage with internal teams and external vendors.
