The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of revenue cycle best practices, a track record of enhancing financial performance, and the ability to lead and support the team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all aspects of the revenue cycle, including patient registration, billing, coding, accounts receivable, and collections.Identify and implement strategies to optimize revenue cycle processes, reduce denials, and improve reimbursement.Conduct analysis of revenue cycle performance metrics and provide regular reports to executive leadership.Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure accurate documentation and coding.Oversee compliance with federal and state regulations and ensure billing practices align with healthcare laws and standards.Drive the development and training of the revenue cycle team, ensuring high performance and efficiency.Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may impact the revenue cycle or financial outcomes.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of revenue cycle processes, healthcare billing regulations, and payer requirements.Certification in Healthcare Financial Management (CHFM) or Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP) is a plus.Proficiency in healthcare revenue cycle software and analytics tools.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
