Revenue Cycle Analyst
Location : Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)
Salary Range : $21-$26 per hour
We are seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Analyst to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the healthcare revenue cycle and be proficient in medical billing and coding, claims processing, and reimbursement methodologies.
Responsibilities :Analyze revenue cycle processes and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure accurate and timely billing of claims and follow-up on outstanding accounts receivable.
Develop and maintain relationships with insurance carriers to resolve payment issues.
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve billing and coding issues.
Prepare reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for revenue optimization.
Requirements :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
Strong knowledge of medical billing and coding, claims processing, and reimbursement methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
Pay Details:
$21.00 to $26.00 per hour
