HR Generalist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a manufacturing company in East Phoenix. This organization is in search of an HR Generalist to join their team. This role is fully onsite, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The ideal candidate will have strong benefits administration experience and will have worked with UKG previously.This role requires a strong ability to work collaboratively, manage employee relations, and ensure smooth HR operations within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.Administer benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans, ensuring accuracy and employee satisfaction.Manage the end-to-end process for employee life cycle events, from onboarding to offboarding.Use UKG software to maintain accurate employee records, process payroll, and track time and attendance.Initiate and track all FMLA or leave processesAssist with recruitment, performance reviews, and training coordination as needed.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Generate HR-related reports and assist with audits as required.Qualifications:

Proven experience in HR generalist functions, including benefits administration and employee relations.Strong working knowledge of UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) HRIS system.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.Knowledge of federal and state labor laws, as well as benefits compliance regulations.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, in-office environment.Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).3+ years of HR generalist experience, with a focus on benefits administration.SHRM or PHR is much preferred!Experience using HRIS systems, particularly UKG, is a must.If you are interested in this job, please apply now!

Pay Details:

$30.00 to $34.00 per hour
