(Must Have)Bachelor's Degree5 years experience in Consumer Brand Management in house at a large consumer facing companyProven portfolio brand strategy development using a disciplined approachDemand Planning and Forecasting experience - managing monthly consumption analysis and volume forecastingExperience developing category and customer strategies to win with clear compelling storiesConsumer first mindset in developing brand communication strategiesStrong collaboration skills to bring to life In-Market Activations and define launch scenariosExperience leading complex and large cross-functional teams, including external agenciesExperience with Circana/IRI, Nielsen & SPINSIt would be great if you have... (Nice to Have)MBA (Strongly preferred)Experience at large CPG companies or food CPG companiesCompensation and Benefits:The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between$144,200-$207,200

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
