Job Description Summary

The Data Entry Specialist provides high-level of accuracy in documentation. This position will support the Capitol team, ensuring that all items are clearly and accurately marked based on the data provided, thus ensuring the companies' document standards are being met.

Responsibilities

Prepares and sorts documents for data entry.

Enters data into software and checks to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted.

Responds to information requests from authorized members.

Maintains high level of confidentiality with sensitive information and projects.

Performs other necessary duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and proficient in the use of modern technology (computers, smartphones, tablets, etc.)

Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Detail-oriented, organized, multi-tasking skills.

High sense of urgency when completing tasks.

Positive demeanor, compassionate and customer service oriented.

Able to maintain high level of discretion and confidentiality.
