Telework is supported at 10%. Travel is not required.Responsibilities and DutiesProvides technical expertise and direct support as the resident Network Administrator responsible for seamless communication and data flow across organizations and partners. Identifies possible network and system enhancements and develops/executes project plans as directed. Provides primary technical continuity and provides in-depth technical training and guidance to the military and civilian IT personnel. This includes oversight of IT-specific tasks (management and dissemination of IT duties, ensuring work is completed on time, monitoring the status and progress of IT tasks, and providing progress of IT taskers). Researches approved hardware, interfaces with vendors, requests quotes, and provides documentation for procurement to include ITPRs. Researches, plans, and coordinates new devices and technologies installation for foreign partners.Qualifications and SkillsRequired knowledge and years of experienceMust have at least three (3) years of experience. Must have experience designing, installing, operating, and maintaining networks.
