Practice - CIS - Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security Services About Cloud Infrastructure & Security Services:
Cognizant's Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security Services Practice (CIS), is all about adopting digital transformation by driving core modernization holistically across layers. Job Description / Roles and Responsibilities
Act as the Project Manager for the Technology Infrastructure & Operations delivery team to implement and support PDLC practices within the organization. This includes performing daily standups, documenting progress and blockers, ability to track and measure velocity using tools like Confluence, Workfront, and Service Now Facilitate workshops and work with technology teams to achieve predictability and reduce waste by establishing guiding principles around capacity planning, prioritization, cross-team dependencies, and roadmap management Create written standards and associated support documentation for tools and practices adopted by teams Conduct retrospectives, champion continuous improvement, and create an environment of collaboration at all levels in the organization Partner with leadership and work cross-functionally with team members for proper and precise communications, status, backlog prioritization, and gathering/defining project scope and timelines As part of the Technology Infrastructure & Operations delivery team, you will also be responsible for organizing interactions with stakeholders and shared accountability for delivery Work with other teams to drive consistency across adopted practices, processes, and tools Responsible for building a high-performing team of leaders that produce successful outcomes when pairing with project managers and technology teams to execute high-level project plans Responsible for bringing new tooling and technology solutions with a focus on streamlining processes and building independent, autonomous teams Adhere to WAB procedures to stay compliant Mandatory Skills
Experience in Project Management working with SDLC/PDLC frameworks within a delivery organization -
Expert Level Hands on experience with infrastructure technology, including servers, VMs, cloud and network engineering -
Medium Level Extensive and recent experience and In-depth knowledge of end-to-end development including risk, controls, audit, legal, and compliance -
Expert Level The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 - $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
