Job Description

Kearney and Company is seeking a remote Workforce Development Specialist to join our team! Duties include: Track participation in (Human Capital Strategy) HCS Leadership and Development Programs Track participation in required trainings as part of the HCS Programs Track fulfillment of HCS Program requirements Create documents for HCS Programs and other documents including Word Docs, advertisements, video marketing, fillable PDFs, and PowerPoint presentations Manage Detail Hub which includes receiving detail announcements, posting them on the Hub, accepting detail applications, sending to the appropriate offices and tracking fulfillment of details Assist with logistics of events including Enterprise Orientation for New Employees, Hiring Fairs, Focus Groups, Symposium Logistics include registration tracking, securing conference rooms, printing handouts, collecting materials Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university Minimum of 3 years in workforce development MS Office Suite proficient Experience with Adobe Acrobat (fillable PDFs) Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills Detailed oriented and possesses strong analytical skills Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Agency Security clearance (US citizenship required) Preferred Qualifications: Ability to use SharePoint Event planning skills Experience using Survey Monkey KCO1701 #LI-Remote Overview

This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
