Business Development Representative

based in Omaha, Nebraska, to join our dynamic team.About the RoleAs a

Business Development Representative , you will play a critical role in identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving sales growth across diverse industries. You'll work closely with clients to understand their business and technical challenges, develop tailored solutions, and communicate the value of our services.Responsibilities

Identify, interview, evaluate, and qualify potential clients.Diagnose business and technical challenges faced by prospects.Assist in developing and presenting proposals to clients.Lead efforts to secure signed contracts.Regularly visit clients to assess satisfaction and identify additional needs.Build industry knowledge, expertise, and a robust client network.Attend trade shows, conferences, and educational events.Conduct industry research and contribute to strategic direction setting.Clearly communicate our value proposition to customers.Lead proposal teams by establishing a clear value proposition for the client.Maintain organized records of meetings, phone calls, and emails.Plan and organize sales calls and educational activities for clients and prospects.Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education:

A 4-year degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology is preferred.Experience:

2-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling services. Experience in construction is a plus.Preferred Skills:Strong organizational abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.A collaborative team player with a drive to support others.Exceptional customer service skills.Location & Travel:This role is based in or near Omaha, NE, with frequent travel (50-75%) across the Midwest for client and industry meetings.What We Offer:Competitive Pay and Bonus IncentivesTeam Environment:

The pay range for this position is $80-100K + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by the experience and education required, and level of responsibility.Application Deadline:
