Job SummaryThe Field Marketing Manager will support their dedicated SHI business segment to improve customer experience, increase brand awareness, and drive measurable outcomes.
This position will report to the Sr. Manager of Field Marketing

ResponsibilitiesInclude, but are not limited to:
Design event success criteria and customer experience strategy for dedicated business segment
Forge closer working relationships with Sales Leadership to develop field event strategy which supports BU objectives
Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Creative, Copy, and Partner Marketing to develop value proposition messaging and align SMEs to attend/speak
Partner with Event Management to outline event logistics and needs
Develop promotional materials, including emails and landing page
Manage Monday.com project plan and tasks
Manage Marketo program setup and lead management
Own and update field event calendar
Integrate TOFU leads into campaigns
Accountable for managing field event attendance and supporting sales in promotional efforts
Report on field event performance and overall marketing impact regularly to stakeholders
Provide reporting to Sales Leadership for follow-up sales activity
Capture insights and feedback, internally and externally, to inform future field event strategy and messaging
Own post-event strategy and communications
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Certification in Marketing
Minimum 2+ years required in Field Marketing
B2B career experience
Required Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong creative and professional writing kills
Strong analytical and research skills
Strong problem solving, organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and complete tasks with efficiency and accuracy
Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
Ability to work effectively within all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
Excellent follow-up skills
Excellent presentation skills
Unique Requirements
Up to 25% travel required
Additional Information
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $60,000 - $110,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
